EU
Orders under £35 - Airsure (EU) - £6.25 GBP
Orders over £35 - Airsure with extra insurance (EU) - £7.95
* If you are purchasing from the EU and therefore using Airsure, we recommend that you limit each purchase to £500 as this is the maximum they will pay out for damaged or lost goods. The limit for Special Delivery is £2500.

Q: What if I am not happy with my purchase? A: All goods are quality checked prior to dispatch and we offer refunds on faulty goods where these faults are deemed to be caused by us or our suppliers. Our refund policy does not cover damage caused in transit* or by yourself. You must notify us via the contact us page on this website within 24 hours if you need to return an item. Damaged or faulty goods must be returned within 7 days of reciept for a full refund excluding postage costs. Unfortunatly we are not able to provide a returns process for unwanted goods and no refunds will be given under these circumstances.
